Sleepy Koala Taronga Zoo, Sydney, Australia December 23, 2005

We landed at Sydney Airport on December 22 in the morning. Having rented a car, we drove straight to Andrew and Sarasa's house and spent most of the first day relaxing and having fun by the pool. It's such a nice feeling when you leave during the winter and arrive at your destination to find it's summer!

However, we did not go all the way to Sydney just to hang around the pool and eat yum cha so the very next morning we went to the Taronga Zoo to discover Australian wildlife, including this sleepy koala on his eucalyptus tree.
