As I wrote in a travelogue about our first trip to Hawaii, I truly believe that these Pacific islands are a piece of paradise on earth. We had such a great time on Hawaii and Oahu that we decided to explore Maui and Kauai less than a year later. This would be our last trip overseas before moving to Canada and turned out to be one of our best vacations ever.
