We did it.

Just over two months after leaving Montreal, I find myself sitting at my desk in our new home in Tokyo, posting a first update since our arrival in Japan. The move went relatively smoothly, we found a nice little house in Higashikurume-shi, and I started working for Barclays Global Investors on the first day of September.

Chloé and Ryu started school and so far everything is going well. Chiyo is going to start daycare from tomorrow and she can't wait! We all miss Montreal but at the same time, we are very happy about being here. It's a funny feeling...
